Nelson Mandela was the former president of South Africa. He was born on the 18th of July 1918. Nelson spent most of his life in jail having been sentenced 27 years for fighting for his rights, racism and apartheid. We also talked about team management. It is important to manage your things well when you are working as a team or even working individually. Having meetings can help you or your team or group with management. It is important to have meetings because you can keep track of your progress and what you are doing at that time. Having meetings can also help the group with organisation which is another very important aspect of teamwork. If we dont have meetings in our group we might face problems like someone not knowing what they are doing or what job they have been allocated due to dis-organisation. Thhere also is a problem of some groupp members not doing their part of the project due to not having proper management. We had to organise ourselves and write up a plan of what we were going to do. In that plan we allocated each other jobs and we broke up the reseach part of our assesment.
